This file contains constants and structures related to Protected Mode.
It cannot be included more than once, otherwise errors result.
It was written for MASM, but shouldn’t be too difficult to adapt for other assemblers.
The main source of information for this is the IA-32 Intel Software Developer’s Manual Volume 3: System Programming Guide.
